DIRECTIONS

Collars and cuffs: Use undiluted. Apply with a spray bottle and allow 3 - 5 minutes penetration. Rinse well and wash.
Traffic lane cleaner: Dilute 1:4 to 1:20 depending on the degree of soil.
Apply with a spray bottle.

Carpet Detergent is a low foam carpet and upholstery shampoo designed for extraction (shampoo) machines. It loosens both clinging surface soil and deep ground in dirt from all carpet types. Suitable for spot cleaning. Test on an inconspicuous area first.

A concentrated cleaner, with a heavy duty alkaline base formulated for the removal of oil, dirt, grease, silicone, etc. from concrete and painted floors. Use manually or with a water blaster.

Directions: Spread liberally over the area to be cleaned and scrub with a hard broom. Leave for 15 minutes to react and then flush with clean water.

INSTAGLOSS is suitable for vinyl, plastic tiles and all sealed floors.

DIRECTIONS

Strip the floor of all old finish using QUALCHEM INSTASTRIP. Rinse floor well with water and allow to dry thoroughly. Buff floor and dust mop.
Using a lint free rayon mop or applicator, apply 1-2 even coats of QUALCHEM INSTASEAL .
Allow to dry between coats. Apply 3-5 coats of INSTAGLOSS evenly allowing 30 minutes + drying time between coats.
MAINTENANCE

Damp mop or autoscrub floor with QUALCHEM INSTABUFF as required. Dry burnish the floor with an U.H.S pad a 900-2500rpm daily or every second day depending on traffic.

INSTASEAL 20L is a white liquid polymer based floor sealer.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Semi-permanent floor sealer.
Remains clear and is non-yellowing.
Provides a solid protective base for floor finish applications.
Resists abuse and stripping
APPLICATIONS

INSTASEAL is suitable for vinyl, terrazzo, rubber and resilient flooring.

DIRECTIONS

Strip the floor of all old finish using QUALCHEM INSTASTRIP.
Rinse floor well with water and allow to dry thoroughly. Buff floor and dust mop.
Apply INSTASEAL evenly using a rayon mop or applicator.
Allow to dry approximately 30 minutes. Apply second coat likewise.

INSTASHINE 20L is a white liquid polymer floor dressing.

PRODUCT FEATURES

High durability and requires low maintenance.
Gives a superior 'wet look' gloss without burnishing.
Responds well to low speed buffing or burnishing.

Relatively low-foaming, thus improving visibility for the machine operator.

INSTASTRIP is to be used only on alkali-resistant floor surfaces i.e. PVC, vinyl, asbestos, and stone, etc.

DIRECTIONS

Dilute INSTASTRIP 1:3 - 1:5 with hot water depending on the degree of build-up.
Apply solution to the floor and allow it to react with the polymer floor dressing for about 10 minutes. Do not allow to dry on floor.
This operation is improved by scrubbing with an industrial floor machine using a black pad.
Rinse floor well with water before coating with INSTASHINE.

A two in one specially formulated sealer and polish containing acrylic polymers. Provides a hard high gloss, non-slip finish to protect and enhance vinyl, timber and marble floors etc. Can be manually or machine applied.

Directions: Use polish-stripper to remove old sealer. Apply 3-4 coats of floor sealer/polish. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly - approx. 20-45 minutes per coat, depending on temperature and humidity.
